Def Method is a growth-stage company, and working at a startup was really fun, I felt that my project was impactful not only for personal growth, but also for the company.
What I wish was different
I wish there was more structure and onboarding. However, it was a start up, so that was to be expected.
Advice
Don't be afraid to take initiative and own your project. Since it is a start up, you will be expected to wear many hats and come up with ideas.
