The flexibility was great. You had the option to work from home if needed, and were able to move around hours as needed as long as you had 40 hours by the end of the week. Management was very nice and not intimidating to talk to.

This position is not "for" Mechanical Engineers, but I had an easy time navigating the work by asking lots of questions. All the engineers wanted to help you as an intern, and it was very easy to set up meetings with anyone you needed to.
