I enjoyed being in a new environment and getting to learn new skills that I had never done before (ex. Doing phone interviews and hosting in-person interviews)
What I wish was different
I wish that I could have conducted more in-person interviews and worked on larger projects
Advice
Ask for help when you need it. The open floor plan makes it easy to talk with other people in the office and asking questions was the best way for me to get to know people who weren’t at my immediate desk.
