It was very hands on, and I learned a lot about the TV industry, by reading other people's work and writing coverage for it.
What I wish was different
There was at some points a lot of busy work or downtime, but other than that nothing!
Advice
Don't be afraid to ask questions! You are there to learn and your boss/employer wants to teach you all he/she knows! It's okay if you mess up or struggle, its all learning experience and eventually you'll get the hang of it!
