What I liked

I like the diverse work environment and the excitement of being a part of a cutting edge business. My supervisor acknowledges the value in getting my education, so she looks for opportunities to teach me and provide valuable experience.

What I wish was different

I wish I would have been available to work more hours and potentially take advantage of benefit opportunities.

Advice

Danfoss offers numerous opportunities to college students. Those opportunities could open many doors as well as build a great network of diverse and innovative people. If an opportunity with Danfoss presents itself, take it.

What I liked

This was my 2nd internship at Danfoss. I come back because I truly enjoy the environment here. Safety is #1 here and Danfoss is continuously improving to make sure of that and it shows so what makes you not want to come back and be apart of that. The operators and supervisors are like family which makes working here even better.

What I wish was different

I am still here but I always feel like I can do more and want to strive to make this the best place it can be.

Advice

Any advice I can give to someone coming into the first internship is get to know the people you work with everyday it will make your job so much easier
