The company culture at Cyntergy is amazing. The people are extremely welcoming and fun to talk to. The internship itself contained lunch and learns most weeks, which allowed the intern group to learn about every discipline Cyntergy offers.

Ask questions all of the time. Everyone who works here will be happy to answer any question you may have.

What I liked
The company culture was incredible. It made me realize how much I value spending time and working with people who really care about what they are doing.
What I wish was different
The intern program is still relatively new so they still have a couple things to figure out but overall, I became really good friends with all the interns and learned a lot about the industry and company.
Advice
Take advantage of every day. It's easy to be bored if you're not intentionally seeking out work.

I wish I had gotten more feedback on my projects so that I could have improved more and have done so more quickly.
Advice
Don't be afraid to ask questions when you don't know something! If you don't and just try to guess, you'll most likely be wrong.
