The welcoming feeling given by my colleagues and making me feel comfortable with asking for help and whenever I did ask for help they’d explain and let me try so I can learn.

Nothing I love working for CVS pharmacy and will continue to work here.
Advice
Don’t be afraid to make mistakes and ask for help. Be open to learning. Also have customer service experience before working there because it’ll help you a lot with customers satisfaction.

Be prepared to work under pressure, there’s going to be a lot of times where you’ll have to be able to handle tough customers (and be understanding/patient towards them).
