What I liked
CVS Health has a very well developed program that allowed for a strong sense of community and meaningful work. My specific program took each intern's preferences into account when selecting our specific roles for the summer, which allowed me to test-drive a role with a team I could see myself working with in the long-term. They also hosted an awesome in-person Intern Summit and really great Speaker Series with senior executives (even the CEO!) and professional development sessions, which demonstrated their commitment to investing in early talent. They also offer direct pipelines to full-time roles, including LDP roles and outside of those also, so lots of interns walk away with full-time offers in hand at the end of the summer/Fall semester.
