What I liked
Custom Fence is an incredible company to work for. They take really good care of their employees. It may seem like a small company with nothing to offer but in reality, they do millions of dollars in revenue each year. I have learned a ton about sales, marketing, project management, project cost estimation, and more. They work really well with my school schedule and they pay really well. When I got the job, I thought it would just be a summer gig. Now it has turned into something that I have done for almost two years and has been a huge help in gaining work experience and paying for tuition.
