Clear pre-made curriculum and classroom expectations. Enough adults in the room for tasks to be delegated well. Awesome supervisor. Decent break times.
What I wish was different
I wish I had been paid a little more for working 40 hours a week. The hourly wage for an instructor was only a little above the minimum wage.

Don't be afraid to ask for support! Make sure you are using your resources and asking for what you need.
