Better mentorship pairings and clearer communication of work expectations
Advice
Always keep pushing, and even if they say you have no work left and can leave for the day, stay up with the rest of your team every night. Make sure you're communicating not only with your buddy but with your manager directly every day (even if you don't see them everyday) because they will be the one evaluating you at the end of the internship.

What I liked
Interns are treated very well. Hours are generally respected and the pay is good, as well as a lot of fun work events. The experience itself is rewarding... interns get to work on real projects next to full-time associates and upper level individuals.
What I wish was different
Better communication on project staffing.
Advice
Make sure to ask questions! They love to help and it will help you get the most out of your experience.
