What I liked

It was a great internship experience with real projects, team that thought of you as an employee, intern social events, and invitation to company wide events.

What I wish was different

I wish it lasted longer. Due to COVID-19, we had to start later since we were going to be in-person.

Advice

I would say find a company that cares about its employees, a culture that you connected with (diversity, volunteering, giving back, team-building events, development opportunities for employees), and try a wide range of big and small companies to see where you thrive best.

Rotational Summer Intern

What I liked

The internship program kept me very busy with projects that all helped me learn and grow in finance as opposed to doing busy work. The culture at RMB is very welcoming and the interns become very close.
