I love the atmosphere and community we have together as well as the support system I know I have with my team members.

That we were in a bigger town and had a larger customer base.

Be ready for a loving and supportive crew and never be afraid to be yourself or ask for help whenever you need it because someone will always be willing and able to help you.

What I liked
Very friendly work environment. The hours were extremely flexible.
What I wish was different
For the managers to allow their store to grow. I worked there for almost five years and it seemed like we did the same thing day after day, year after year.
Advice
Make the most out of every day work, every one is there to work no need in making it miserable.
