What I like about working at Culver's is being in a working team. As a team, we Crew Members need to work together to provide positive hospitality and other services within the restaurant. By providing those positive and professional services, we at Culver's can bring guests back to enjoy our hospitality. Unlike other restaurants, we at Culver's also make our food fresh and really care for our guests, resulting in positive feedback from our guests.
What I wish was different
What I wish had been different is the way guests and crew members interact with each other. Culver's has a professional image to maintain, and it's up to the employees who need to keep the Culver's image positive. I myself would never work in a toxic working environment, so I use my positive personality to keep both guests and fellow crew members happy.
Advice
One piece of advice I'd share about my experience is please do your best in being professional. Anywhere you want to work at requires professionalism, part-time or full-time. At first you may be inexperienced for the first time; but with enough learning, you'll be capable of handling different tasks on your own. As long as you remain professional and keep a positive image, many benefits will come for you in the future.
