Team Trainer

February 2016 • Woodbury, MN

What I liked

I love how close all of the employees become. Going to work does not feel like a chore because I have such a good relationship with everyone that I work with. Everyone is respectful and considerate of both the employees and customers, which makes it a very positive place to work at. The atmosphere makes it a great place to go in times of stress.

What I wish was different

Scheduling would become difficult because people would call in sick, which would result in my managers consistently asking me to work. I would go to work a lot just because I felt bad about saying no or I needed the money, but some days I just wanted a break away from Culver's.

Advice

The more you get to know your customers and employees, the more positive experience you will have at work. Talking to friends and people you know well makes you feel more comfortable in your position.
