Very friendly work environment. The CTSI corporate training staff sets you up to succeed

What I wish was different

The Job itself was awesome! The only difficult part was having to deal with the carriers calling in demanding payment

The staff in the Atlanta office is super friendly, just be yourself and they'll appreciate your work and as a person
