I Enjoyed being around experienced IT workers so that I can see what a day in an IT office would be like.
I enjoyed working on the computers from imaging to replacing Hard drives.
What I wish was different
I wish I was able to code more, maybe work on backends of servers. I didnt enjoy the password resets all the time but If I was able to work on Code to improve Systems the Job would have been more impactful for me.
Advice
Go in with an open mind and dont be afraid to ask questions and say "I dont know". Honesty and Accountability can make learning a lot easier espeically on the job.
