What I liked

I really liked how I had direct patient interaction.

What I wish was different

I would have liked to try different roles within the clinic.

Advice

I would say definitely apply if you are interested in healthcare, and are passionate about helping others. Because it's a 4hr/week, 3 semester commitment, I would advise against applying if you're only looking to get volunteer hours or check a bod

What I liked

I loved having the opportunity to make a tangible impact in my community, especially in healthcare, which is a field I hope to enter later on.

What I wish was different

I wish I was able to apply more time to managing projects as an intern. The variability of the job is what made it so much fun.

Advice

Try not to look at an occupation only in one light. If you ask about other opportunities you can have within a job, you might be surprised what exciting roles are given to you.
