Awesome people to work with. Cade and Mike are great guys. The office is really cool and is in a good position. The work was almost always interesting and I felt like I was contributing to the value of the bank in meaningful ways.
What I wish was different
Being paid would have been nice.

What I liked
Great group of guys; Mike and Cade are top of their class. I liked having exposure to a wide variety of fundraising deals and learning how to approach them more intelligently. I also liked seeing and working with many different small-cap companies, each with radically different products and business models.
What I wish was different
I would have liked to have been paid for my time
Advice
Make sure you know your fundamentals of finance and accounting, as well as experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Remain detail-oriented be committed to learning as much about each deal you come across as possible.
