I wish that I would have been better prepared for the workload that I received. I wish I would have worked less during school.

Advice

Always know your limits, but be prepared to push those limits and step out of your comfort zone.

I love that they are so flexible with my school schedule and there is always an opportunity to work additional hours if you need them .

What I wish was different

I wish there were more staff, if we had more quality employees it would improve the moral.

Advice

Be sure that you are practicing your patience and compassion because this job can be hard sometimes but it is definitely worth it.
