I liked the residents I worked with. My co workers were great team players and the management sought to ensure the facility was always running efficiently.
What I wish was different
That scheduling was more flexible.
Advice
I would advice others to always put in efforts to do the right thing even when no one is watching. Encouraging one's self to do things the way they should be done at all times is highly recommended and extremely beneficial in the long run. I believe it is why the facility I work for is a 6 year deficiency free facility and was recently named the best nursing and rehabilitation center in the state of Iowa
