What I like the most about this internship is the immense opportunities to generate new creative content, and learn new program skills for current email and social media campaigns. Working hand in hand with the Director helped gather important information to prioritize projects, tasks, and guidance of what the Foundation needed. Even though is a small foundation, what they do is big and relevant for the community, and it felt necessary to be part of it. The work environment was really good. Everyone was very welcoming and supported me since day one.

You have to be very independent and self-motivated
Brainstorm with your colleagues and collect relevant data to create content
Be very observant on what the community needs
Be willing to learn new software programs and know how to read marketing analytics
Be willing to work with all departments
