What I liked
I really enjoyed the small and friendly company atmosphere and the coworkers that I worked with. Every week we had lunch and learn with more senior members of the firm that worked in different departments which provided us with an opportunity to see all of the different aspects of CreditSights and what each of the different teams work on. Coming from a non-finance background, this was the best way for me to get a firsthand look into the world of finance and I learned a lot about accounting and the bond market.
