I love the company and employees. Everyone is so close. You learn a lot of clinical trial knowledge in a short amount of time. It is a great job for UCSD students and recent graduates.

Work hard and be willing to make mistakes-and learn from these mistakes. There's so much to learn from those that are experts in the field.
