My manager was very conscious of making sure that I had work to do that would also help me with my learning and professional development. The engineers I was working with were all very friendly and willing to help and offer advice whenever I needed it. There were training events for the employees to attend that were informative and engaging but also relaxed. It was a good time to get to know the company and the other employees.
What I wish was different
Onboarding was effective but it took some time for technical and communication issues to be overcome at the start of my internship. I would've liked to be set up with the technology and ready go to earlier so I could spend more time working on my assigned project and gaining valuable experience.
Advice
The company culture is very good and there's a lot to be learned from the other engineers on the team. Reaching out to them and to the managers for feedback and advice about work or even career in general will help a lot with growth.

Advice
Interact with the different Engineering positions and learn from them too. As a QE intern I interacted often with the ME's and learning from them was helpful when it came to completing my projects.
