I enjoyed the community aspect of the experience, especially with my coworkers.
What I wish was different
I wish that the base pay had been a little higher. I also wish that there were less pressure on each individual employee. The extra pressure was caused by understaffing.
Advice
Go in with an open mind and be willing to learn new things. A little friendliness goes a long way!
