Cracker Barrel is a unique combination of a restaurant specializing in southern comfort food and an old country store. Since 1969 our mission statement has simply been "Pleasing People". We do this by treating both our guests and employees like family. We have an excellent ongoing training program for our employees with a potential for three raises in the first year as well as room for advancement and a benefits package.
