What I wish was different
It didn't teach me too many new skills, since I already work as a lab tech. This was their first year expanding the internship program into the lab, so figuring out who to report to and what was expected of me was tricky as well, though I think that could very possibly change in the future. However, it did give me the chance to be extra proactive in order to learn and I appreciated the industry exposure, and all the glimpses into the engineering world. They were a great company, just not the best fit for me personally, but I'd highly recommend them to anyone else.
