The company. Incentives. Atmosphere.
What I wish was different
The company was transitioning to television, everyone was uneasy about job security.
I wish I wouldn’t have accepted a position as part-time promotions position because I feel I got little to no PR experience.
Advice
Take the unpaid internship of you get more experience.

What I liked
Everything. It was and still is the best experience. Getting to work for two well known and amazing radio stations is more amazing than I could've ever dreamed. I have always had an interest and love for radio but this job has only helped me to strengthen that love and appreciation.
What I wish was different
Absolutely nothing.
Advice
Do it! If it is something that you are interested then intern with the company! It is something that everyone interested in media should experience at least once in their life.
