Great plant to work for in Elco, Illinois. Everyone is very nice and helpful and I actually looked forward to going to work. I worked in the quality lab all summer, running samples of silica that was to be within customers specifications.
What I wish was different
I got moved from Georgia to Illinois, so that transition was not really expected.
Advice
Learn as much as you can. Don't tell others how to improve things, just LEARN.
