Like any health care job you face challenges with staffing and difficulties with cares. However, these are short term day to day challenges and with the perspective of the work you’re doing long term, it makes it all worth it.

Meeting awesome people who lived there and to hear their stories when they were my age.
What I wish was different
Nothing in particular. Maybe more benefits since I was there for so long.
Advice
Be kind to people even if they are having a rough day. You never know who you might be able to make happy by doing a simple gesture or asking how they are.
