The residents are great to work with. The hours worked well with my schedule since I am a morning person. It is also really easy to make extra money since there are always shifts to pick up and they welcome the extra help.
What I wish was different
The pay is not competitive compared to other locations of the same type.
Advice
Be comfortable working with the older population, they won't bite and they have some very good life advice for us students. Get to know who you are taking care of!

What I liked
I love the residents that I provide care for. They have my heart and are the reason I keep coming back. The variety of activities Country Meadows provides for residents is great!

Scheduling coordinator being more efficient, helpful, and present.
Advice
Put yourself in other's shoes. Treat people how you would want to be treated.
