The environment and the other people I was working with. It was really great to watch these kids learn and grow each summer into such great swimmers.
What I wish was different
I wish I had done more private lessons to help more kids learn how to swim.
Advice
I would say, to be prepared to be patient and work with the kids rather than yelling at them. It's very important to assert your authority in a way where you still have a soft side but they don't disrespect you and they listen to you.
