What I liked

I loved being able to serve in a ministry and church that is rooted on the Word of God, and desires to make more and better disciples of Jesus Christ everyday. I worked primarily with the youth students, preaching, planning events, discipling, and being sharpened by older men within the church leadership.

What I wish was different

There is absolutely nothing that was a disappointment for me. I am so thankful for how working at the church was, and also how sharpening it was for me with my desire for ministry.

Advice

My time at Cornerstone was both humbling and very encouraging. Humbling in the sense that I was able to see ministry behind the scenes more than ever, and it showed me just how little I know about the church and how to lead a church body well. Also encouraging for me, because I was able to be exhorted and supported in my giftedness in preaching and leading. I cannot wait to keep learning and keep being molded into a better man of God for the future ministry.
