Education and Facilities: The Education team is focused on providing enhanced learning environments through bond management programs with K-12 and community college districts across the state, as well as capital improvement projects with public and private universities and other institutions.

Energy Infrastructure: Our team has extensive utility experience providing professional services to advance strategies to develop the energy infrastructure for a safe, reliable, and clean energy future.

Transportation Infrastructure: From statewide megaprojects to regional transit, light and heavy-rail, ports, goods movement, airports, streets, and highway projects, we have established ourselves as trustworthy partners dedicated to solving mobility needs.

Water Infrastructure: Our team collaborates on and supports water infrastructure and conveyance projects that will provide a more sustainable water future for our local communities.

Culture: George L. Pla, a first-generation immigrant from Mexico, founded Cordoba Corporation in 1983 with a mission to Make a Difference by addressing infrastructure needs, uplifting, and empowering local communities, and improving the lives of all Californians.
