I absolutely love my experience at Copesan. Everyone is so kind and the culture every single day is so welcoming and encouraging. I learned a lot working in the Human Resources department. With it being my first internship, I didn't know what to expect but the team is phenomenal. I love staying busy and there is definitely plenty for me to do as I am working during the pest control busy season.
What I wish was different
Honestly, nothing could have been different. I am being trained in more responsibilities as my time at Copesan continues and already have been offered the chance to come back.
Advice
Do not be afraid of the telephone. Human Resources is all about contacting people, getting know their stories, and welcoming them to your organization. You will need to be good at communicating with various people in various ways.

What I liked
I enjoyed working with company data and doing analytical work. I also enjoyed working on my communication skills on a daily basis. I found the industry very interesting (especially Copesan's work).
