The environment and the work I did. I was also treated as an employee and not just a co-op

I wish I could have experienced more in office work as opposed to working from home.
Advice
If you are going to work with the tires in person make sure to not wear your best office clothes.

Vacation Replacement

What I liked
Fun, friendly environment, unlimited overtime opportunities, lots of machinery involved that I may work with in my future career
What I wish was different
I wish it had been cooler. I was throwing tires in 110° heat for 12 hours a day.
Advice
This was a great experience for me to learn what it’s like to work a manual labor job without a college degree while also learning more about machines that are similar to what I would be working with in the future.

I wish I had more time to stay and learn more at Cooper. The hands-on experience was invaluable and I learned things that can’t be taught in a classroom.
Advice
Go to the career fairs. Even if you think they are not for you. At the very least, you get experience talking to people professionally. You might be surprised and find yourself a great opportunity.

The people that work here are amazing. Not only was I able to receive relevant work experience that'll help me in the future, but I was also able to build long lasting relationships with my coworkers.

I wish there was a little more of a rotational aspect to it, but that's about it.
