I loved the work environment. I was always welcomed every morning and treated just like all of the other employees. If I ever needed help or had any questions there was always someone available to assist me.
What I wish was different
I was the only accounting intern in the office. I feel it would have been awesome to have another one to be able to work together and learn how to collaborate with others.
Advice
My advice would be to never be afraid to ask questions no matter how silly you think they might be. The point of an internship is to learn and make mistakes. Have the confidence to speak up and not be shy and to yourself. Making relationships and connections in the intern process is very important.
