The startup environment meant things were a little unorganized sometimes.
Advice
Don't be afraid to ask for more, and ask people to sit you down for 20 minutes and talk about their experience. Most people are more than willing to help a young professional, so take advantage of that.

What I liked
The work environment was perfect for me. A fun, encouraging, honest group of people that all shared a drive to preform to the best of their abilities.
What I wish was different
I would have appreciated an opportunity to preform work outside of my role. I was able to shadow members of each department, which were all great experiences, but I wasn't able to assist them. I would have liked to dive deeper into each department within Convoy.

Immerse yourself in the knowledge that surrounds you.
