1. The job included free room and board and free meals. It was a great opportunity to experience living in a different area.
2. I met students from all over the world and I enjoyed learning about their culture. The students were awesome and I formed meaningful relationships with them.

What I liked
I loved the experience of working with teenagers for the first time, I was in charge of helping with on-campus activities and monitoring if the students were in bed with the lights off when they were supposed to.
What I wish was different
I wish I could have worked ar the camp for longer, I stayed only 4 weeks and when It was over I missed having the kids around all the time.
Advice
This experience was great for me because it helped with personal growth. Taking care of teenagers is not easy, you have to be patient and understanding but at the same time, you have to make sure they follow the rules. It's a difficult balance between being friendly and being respected.
