Converse has such an awesome culture and an incredible set of values that permeates into every part of the company. As an engineer, it's exciting to be surrounded by so many creative people and it was great to get to work with them on projects and learn about other parts of the company.
What I wish was different
Obviously I wish that we could have been in person but I loved the experience nonetheless!
Advice
Don't be afraid to ask for help! You're there to learn and nobody expects you to know everything, only that you're excited, dedicated, and working hard!

Sit down and talk to as many people as possible. It's ok if you don't like the function you're working in over the summer. Everyone is there to help so use this time to find out where you like
