Working in a group of engineers to solve problems. Being able to spend time on the floor working with the craftsman to solve a problem or implement a new process. Learning about different technologies that are used to predict when maintenance needs to occur.

Never be afraid to ask questions. The more effort you put into the job the more you will learn at the end.
