I really loved the flexibility this job provided; it was almost completely self-directed so I could work on whatever projects I was interested in.
What I wish was different
It did have to transition to a virtual format, which made some of the job tougher. In a season where in-person events could happen easily, this would have been a much more demanding position.
Advice
I would have a set of priorities you're interested in working on before taking on this position. Being a go-getter and setting your own agenda will give you the most success in a job like this.
