I enjoyed the ability to jump right into a position in a legitimate software company. They were flexible and very welcoming.
What I wish was different
I wish the company was larger with more structure. In my sales division, it was just myself alongside our Sales Director. It would have been nice to have a more formal training process.
Advice
I would advise being very patient with the position. It is easy to get discouraged, but carry on!
