The working environment and the people were very friendly and welcoming. The exposure to engineering was satisfying as well. The experience at ConMet was one I would do all over again if I could because I enjoyed it so much.
What I wish was different
Staying longer into the semester would have been nice but I was fortunate enough to have stayed as long as I did by starting quite early in the summer and continuing into the early fall semester.
Advice
Choose ConMet! They love hiring UNT students in engineering for their interns. I will definitely be keeping in touch with the people I met and got to know while working at ConMet.
