While the job entails important work that needs to be done, it is not incredibly beneficial for personal growth or evolving any pre-existing skills. Would recommend for a high school internship, but not college.

What I liked
An excellent introduction to the political playing field, my internship with a CLF field office gave me insights into the electoral process from the ground up - canvassing and data collection, arguably the most key features of any marketing or advertising campaign, be it political or business-oriented.

What I wish was different
I wish that I were able to spend time closer to the election date working on this project.
Advice
The advice I would share is to have practice professional communication skills to portray yourself properly in the work environment.
