The Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute (CHCI) is the premier Hispanic non-profit and non-partisan 501(c) (3) leadership development organization in the country.

CHCI’s mission is to develop the next generation of Latino leaders by promoting higher education, providing unmatched career development experience, and award-winning leadership development curriculum. We works towards our mission by providing paid internship and fellowships for undergrads, post-undergrads, and post-graduate students.
