The company had a good atmosphere. Office working conditions were adequate. I received a lot of on the job training and instruction. It was clear that the people in the office wanted me to succeed and be able to contribute to the day to day workload.
What I wish was different
The communication was not always the best between multiple parties involved, however this was not anything that couldn't be overcome. I also wished I had pushed myself to do more variety of tasks while I was still in an environment where learning as you go is acceptable.
Advice
Ask a lot of questions and talk to everyone you can. Relationships are just as important as your knowledge base and work ethic.
