What I liked
Building relationships with the residents and the other employees really gave me a greater perspective and more resources for my future nursing career.
What I wish was different
The patient to Aide ratio made it almost impossible to provide any type of quality care.
Advice
I would greatly recommend a similar experience to anyone interested in the medical field, because starting at an entry level position gives a great perspective for going into an upper level field.
