What I liked
I enjoy doing research, so being able to do so on campus with other research assistants alongside a professor was a great experience to learn more research skills and methods.
What I wish was different
I don't wish anything had been different.
Advice
Research is very flexible, so whatever steps of the process come next can depend on what you have found up until that point. New information can can change plans, so schedules often vary from one day to the next. Critical thinking skills are also important because problem solving is a frequent part of research.

What I liked
I enjoyed learning the inner workings of Concordia and also discovering how many staff members are needed in order to keep Concordia successfully running. I also really like all the people I worked with and felt I become not only a member of the student community but also the staff community.
